We are professionals and experts in residential homes as we work on over 700 homes per year. We've been known for our strong reliability, problem-solving and initiative for more than 30 years.

All of our staff take safety very seriously, but we don’t take ourselves seriously. Our team is fun, enthusiastic and friendly. There's no one else you can choose with the same level of experience or expertise than of the R Jay team.

A quick email to provide some feedback for your organisation. I conducted a site inspection this morning at Shailer Park, where two of your employees were working on our site.

Josh was very approachable and was well aware of the safety documents and processes that were required on Brighton’s sites. His equipment was in good condition, materials well laid out and the immediate work area was clean. Josh was able to show me the site specific risk assessment and SWMS for the work he was undertaking. He was also able to show me evidence of completing the Brighton Homes Site Induction. Josh and his co-worker were wearing the appropriate PPE for the task being performed.

I don’t get to write too many emails with this type of feedback, so when the opportunity arises I like to take the time to congratulate our Contractors who are actually “walking the talk” when it comes to supporting and promoting safety on our sites.
